THE SECRET IS IN THE 4 BRAINS 🧠❤️🌿🔮

When the pandemic hit, my business took a radical turn. I closed my physical space, the place I had built with so much love, and launched 100% into the online world. It was a strategic decision: I wanted to grow, but also to be a mother. The digital business allowed me to be home more, create freely, and have time for my daughter. And although on paper everything was perfect... inside, I felt empty.

I cried more than once, not understanding why, even if I was doing the right thing. I loved what I was doing, yes, but something inside me felt disconnected. I missed that space that not only housed classes, but also connection : with my students, with me, with my essence.

That's when I realized I didn't miss the physical space, but what it represented to me: a temple to feed my 4 brains .

That place allowed me to:

  • Talking and sharing emotions ( emotional )

  • Study, plan, create new routines ( mental/logical )

  • Meditate, thank, pray ( spiritual )

  • Taking care of my body and my diet ( intestinal )

I had found the perfect balance. Upon discovering these four pillars, something clicked, and I understood EVERYTHING. I no longer had to do and do and do, but rather had to have a purpose, and for me, that meant seeing that what I was doing was impacting lives... just imagining them. By closing that chapter, I unconsciously stopped nurturing essential parts of myself... but most importantly, I stopped connecting. And that's why I felt unbalanced, lacking spark, even doubting myself.

Today I know it's not about the place, but about the daily intention to connect with myself through these four pillars, and consequently with my students . That's why I want to share them with you, because your lack of motivation comes from forgetting essential parts of yourself:


1. Emotional brain

Paint, dance, write, listen to music, connect with those you love. Creativity and love bring us to the present, and that's where life happens.




2. Logical brain

Learn something new, study, stimulate your mind. Intellectual growth keeps our energy expanding.




3. Spiritual brain

Be grateful, meditate, and acknowledge your blessings. Spirituality gives us perspective and purpose. Gratitude, after love, is the strongest frequency for attracting abundance. It places you on a powerful level of attraction to your dreams and keeps you vibrating high.

4. Gut brain

Eat real food, move your body. Your gut regulates your emotions and mental clarity. The saying that you are what you eat is absolutely true. Your gut is directly related to your emotions. A clear gut = a clear mind.

Reconnect, replay, reexist, re-exist... return to the here and now... to being a child again. To fall, get dirty, and get back up... to laugh, to cry, to get wet in the rain, to hug a tree, and to feel that what we do has a purpose.





And what does all this have to do with seeing results on your fitness journey?

Well, in everything!
If you're not feeding one of your brains, you automatically become unbalanced... and lose yourself in a spiral of demotivation, fatigue, and self-doubt.

You tell me:
Where are you going to get the energy to nourish your body if you're not nourishing everything else that's essential to you?

A person who is not grateful, who does not connect with the why behind what they want to achieve, is a person who loses sight of their purpose.
And a person without a purpose… doesn't even know where to start.
He doesn't know how to take care of himself, how to feed himself, how to prepare for his goal.
And much less does he give himself permission to rest or enjoy creative moments, because he feels he doesn't deserve them .

And that's where it all breaks down.

But if you give yourself that space to reconnect with yourself , to activate these four brains…
Your energy aligns, your purpose clarifies, your body responds, and your entire life transforms.

It all starts with you. Always.

    Me quedo con esto: “Intestino claro = mente clara”. A veces no nos damos cuenta que es la suma de esas pequeñas cosas que pasan desapercibidas las que muchas veces hacen el impacto, que debemos prestar más atención y cuidar.

    Tengo la dicha de entrenar contigo desde un poquito antes pandemia y junto a ti viví (de este lado de la pantalla) estos cambios que mencionas y wao! que bonito poder conectar contigo y con esta comunidad que has creado, porque junto a ti, en este proceso yo también he cambiado.
